Hameed Virk is a Real Estate associate broker in DC, Virginia and Maryland since 2003. He is also an investor who has been working in the real estate field for more than fifteen years.  As an agent he has a very successful record in both up and down markets. He is a proven leader and has led his team in buying and developing residential real estate. Over the years, he has sold more than 300 houses, renovated more than 200 houses, produced 300 million in sales transaction, and manages many other investments.

Aside from expert skills in purchasing, owning, managing, and selling property, Hameed's experience encompasses urban regional development, zoning, permits, subdivision planning, construction, custom home development, and home renovation and design. He brings his real world experience to each transaction, demonstrating professionalism, creativity with a client-centered focus. Hameed uses his extensive knowledge of the North American real estate landscape to educate his clients on property value, market trends, as well as how to diversify and add value to their investments.
